Today, I received a market area report that gives information about the 16 e-filing tax services in our zip code. Here are some statistics:
- We have the BEST Tax Return Quality Rating from the IRS.
- We have the BEST e-file rejection rating from the IRS.
- We are the 5th largest in number of tax returns e-filed. The previous year, we were 7th.
- For all of South Hampton Roads, we were the 22nd largest out of 179 office. The previous year, we were 29th out of 170.
We always strive to provide the absolute highest quality and these statistics provide evidence that we are succeeding in this goal.
